Activities
Soppong population is a mixture of hill tribes Karen, Lisu, Lahu and Shan. This combination of different languages and cultures peacefully living together makes this small village an interesting place to visit and make your leisure day.
Trekking
The area also features some of the best tropical forests in northern Thailand with many day walks possible to explore the jungle, do some birdwatching, and see dozens of varieties of wild orchids.
Cavern
Pang Mapha is an extensive network of caverns that offer a great trip for exploration and discovery. You can also hire a local tour guide to help and inform along the way.
Culture
Many hill tribe villages are located in the area, including ethnic Lisu, Red and Black Lahu, Karen, and Hmong. Many can be reached on foot from the main village of Soppong.
Cooking Class
You choose which meals you want to do. This class to all ages cooking class and felt authentically Thai. We provide organic veges and fruits in our jungle garden. All of these courses are fun.
